Play’n GO launches volcanic-themed slot Triple Tumblin’ Totems

Play’n GO has released a new video slot called Triple Tumblin’ Totems. The volcanic-themed game uses cascading reels where winning symbols vanish and new ones drop in. Three carved fire tikis, or guardians, are associated with different fire spirits and totem blessings. These blessings can activate during cascades to modify gameplay. The game is available now.

Each guardian activates a specific blessing: expand, transform or multiplier. The expand blessing increases the height of the reels to create more payways. Transform converts framed winning positions into instant cash prizes. The multiplier blessing applies multipliers to individual reels. More than one blessing can be active in a single round, combining their effects.

"Each of the three guardians brings something different to the party, and Triple Tumblin’ Totems has a lovely sense of anticipation that builds naturally," said Magnus Wallentin, games ambassador at Play’n GO. "From the sleeping goddess beneath the mountain to the possibility of all three Totem Blessings coming together. It’s colourful, full of character and has just the right amount of volcanic mischief." The game also includes a free spins feature with three escalating tiers. Triggering four, five or eight consecutive winning cascades in the base game awards fire spins, blaze spins or inferno spins, respectively. Only the highest tier achieved is paid out. Fire spins activates one random enhanced blessing, blaze spins activates two, and inferno spins activates all three.

During these enhanced free spins, the expand blessing can create up to 3,125 payways. The multiplier blessing can combine to reach up to x10 on the reels. Sticky wild symbols also appear during the free spins rounds. The game's theme revolves around awakening Pele, the goddess of volcanoes, from her slumber beneath a mountain.
