DraftKings Casino Ontario Review 2026

Overview: who DraftKings Casino Ontario suits

DraftKings Casino Ontario suits players who already like sports betting and want their casino games and sportsbook in one account. The DraftKings brand is well known across North America for its sportsbook and daily fantasy sports roots, and the casino side has grown into a large library with slots, table games and live dealer gaming. Ontario customers get a dedicated DraftKings Ontario casino experience separate from the U.S. product, built around local rules and the DraftKings Sports & Casino structure. Because DraftKings operates a combined casino and sportsbook product, Ontario customers can move between casino gaming and the DraftKings sportsbook from the same wallet, betting on the NFL, NHL, NBA and MLS without switching accounts. Note that the Daily Fantasy Sports platform, once central to the DraftKings brand, is not available to Ontario customers under current provincial rules, since the legislation governing igaming Ontario does not currently permit it. DraftKings first launched its sportsbook in Ontario when the province opened its regulated online gambling market, becoming one of the earlier operators live under the new framework. The casino side followed as DraftKings built out its Ontario product to match its established U.S. offering.

Licensing, ownership and safety for Canadian players

DraftKings Casino operates in Ontario under a licence from iGaming Ontario and is regulated by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario. This means the operator has agreed to meet Ontario's standards on player protection, fair gaming and advertising rules within the province's regulated market. DraftKings also holds a licence from the Alberta iGaming Corporation, making it one of the few operators live in both Ontario and Alberta. It is not currently available in other Canadian provinces, and Ontario customers should be wary of any site claiming to offer DraftKings casino gaming outside these two provinces. Being licensed under iGaming Ontario and the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario gives Ontario players a regulated alternative to offshore sites, with the AGCO overseeing gaming standards for casino games, sportsbook betting and payment handling. Player reviews of DraftKings are mixed: some players report frustration with slot payouts, while other reviewers, including casino.org, note that the games are fair and the site is secure, putting DraftKings on par with other Ontario regulated operators. It is worth weighing both the positive and critical feedback when deciding whether the casino in Ontario suits your play style.

Games and software providers

DraftKings Casino Ontario carries more than 3,200 casino games, supplied by top providers including Evolution Gaming, Playtech, Red Tiger, and NetEnt. The library comprehensively covers slots, video poker, roulette, and blackjack, including around 130 RNG table games. It also features dedicated jackpot slots and the DraftKings Jackpots feature, which gives players a chance at large prizes with every wager. This extensive selection ensures a wide variety of gaming options for all types of players.

• Slot machine titles from multiple studios, including Megaways-style games and new releases added regularly
• Classic table games such as blackjack tables, roulette and baccarat
• Video poker variants for players who prefer a slower pace
• Random number generator table games alongside live dealer tables

Most games come with a free demo mode, allowing players to try a selection of titles before wagering real money. DraftKings introduced New Game Fridays to show fresh releases and exclusive content from its software providers, keeping the game library current. In November 2025, the U.S. side of the business paid out a record $22.4 million jackpot to a Michigan player from a $0.20 spin on Huff N' Even More Puff. This demonstrates the potential scale of jackpot slots available across the DraftKings brand, even though that specific win did not occur in Ontario.

Live casino at DraftKings Ontario

The live casino runs on Evolution Gaming, widely regarded as one of the strongest live dealer providers in the industry. DraftKings Casino Ontario offers over 100 live dealer games, including live blackjack tables, roulette, baccarat and game shows streamed from studios. This gives Ontario players a live casino experience alongside the RNG table games and slots, without needing to leave the DraftKings online casino app. In some U.S. markets DraftKings has also added Electric Poker, a live Sit and Go poker game where customers play against each other rather than the house, though availability of specific live titles can vary by province.

Welcome bonus and promotions

At the time of writing (September 2026), new DraftKings Casino customers can claim a Bet $5, Get 1,000 Flex Spins offer. Players deposit and wager a minimum of $5 on eligible games to unlock the spins, which are issued for select games in daily increments over a set period rather than all at once. A $100 bonus carries a 15x wagering requirement, meaning $1,500 in bets is needed before bonus funds can be cashed out. Beyond the welcome bonus, DraftKings runs several ongoing promotions for existing customers. A refer-a-friend program can provide credits when you invite someone to sign up for DraftKings and create an account. There is also a Daily Rewards Rocket promotion, a daily login bonus where players launch rockets to collect rewards, and DraftKings Jackpots, which give a chance at prizes on qualifying wagers. DraftKings also runs DraftKings Dynasty Rewards, a loyalty program where play across DraftKings products earns Crown and Tier Credits that unlock further rewards and, for high-volume players, invitation-only tiers. Bonus terms and promotions change often, so it is worth checking the current offer and wagering rules on the DraftKings site before opting in and confirming eligibility for Ontario customers specifically.

Deposits and withdrawals: banking options at DraftKings Ontario

DraftKings Casino Ontario supports several banking options in Canadian dollars, including Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and Interac. The minimum deposit is $5, which matches the requirement to activate the welcome bonus, and DraftKings does not charge a fee for adding funds to an account. For withdrawals, the minimum amount is $1 for most methods, except for cheque withdrawals which have a higher minimum of $15. These options provide flexible ways for players to manage their casino funds.

Method	Typical use
Interac	Deposits and withdrawals for Canadian players
PayPal	Deposits and withdrawals, often processed within 48 hours
Visa / MasterCard	Deposits

Withdrawal processing typically takes 1 to 5 business days once a request is approved, though some methods like PayPal can be faster. These deposit and withdrawal options give Ontario customers a reasonably fast and straightforward way to manage their funds without needing extra offshore payment methods. The range of available banking options, including popular Canadian methods like Interac, compares well with other top Ontario casinos. This makes financial transactions convenient for local players.

Mobile play: the DraftKings app

DraftKings offers a mobile app for casino and sportsbook play, available for download through the App Store or Google Play. The app carries the same full casino game library as the desktop site, including slots, table games, and over 100 live dealer tables. It also provides access to the integrated DraftKings sportsbook for betting on sports like the NFL, NHL, and NBA. Ontario customers can use the same account to play on tablet, phone, or desktop, with app features closely mirroring the desktop site including the demo mode for many games.

Customer support and responsible gaming

DraftKings provides solid online customer support for account, deposit and withdrawal queries, generally reachable through in-app support channels and email. The operator also provides responsible gambling resources, including tools that let players set limits on their play and pause their account. Gambling in Ontario is legal from age 19 (18+ in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec). Ontario customers can set deposit and time limits, use self-exclusion tools, and reach out to ConnexOntario or the Canadian Centre for Addictions for support if gambling stops being fun. Playing within a set budget and taking regular breaks helps keep casino gaming a controlled form of entertainment rather than a way to solve money problems, and it is always worth remembering to play responsibly and gamble only with money you can afford to lose.

Final verdict on DraftKings Casino Ontario

DraftKings Casino Ontario brings a large and well-rounded casino game library, a known sportsbook, and Ontario-specific licensing under iGaming Ontario and the AGCO. The combination of slots, table games, live dealer options, and a straightforward set of deposit and withdrawal options makes it a solid pick among Ontario casinos. It is particularly suitable for players who also want sports betting on the same account. Player opinion is not universally positive, as some Trustpilot reviews cite tight slots, so it is worth trying smaller stakes first and reading promotion terms carefully.
