ROME · CommsHub and Mancala Gaming are set to present new products at the SiGMA World Europe event in Rome. CommsHub will demonstrate its all-in-one messaging infrastructure designed for high volume digital operators. Mancala Gaming will show two new slot titles, Moltar's Wrath and Serengeti Sunrise 2: Magic Wheel. The event provides a platform for industry suppliers to connect with operators and affiliates.

CommsHub, born within the RedCore business group, aims to address delivery bottlenecks such as fragmented vendor accounts and high messaging costs. Its platform integrates SMS, messengers and flash calls into a single ecosystem. "High volume digital brands cannot afford dropped messages or delayed OTPs every failed notification directly hits user conversion and retention," said the CommsHub team. The company said it built the platform to eliminate operational friction, give teams clear budget control, make international scaling predictable and eliminate costs for undelivered messages.

Key features of the CommsHub platform include smart routing and multi vendor redundancy with automatic failover across more than 30 verified global providers. This is designed to protect companies from vendor downtime or regional carrier restrictions. The platform also offers rapid integration, with API integration taking up to 10 days compared to an industry average of approximately 35 to 45 days. A real time financial transparency dashboard tracks delivery statuses, open rates and actual spend. Built in HLR verification cleans subscriber databases before dispatch to prevent spend on invalid numbers. Every client works with a dedicated Customer Success Manager. The team will host live product demonstrations, share audits and discuss regional delivery strategies at Booth H1-1047 in Hall 1 throughout the event.

Mancala Gaming's new slot mechanics

Mancala Gaming will present Moltar's Wrath, which introduces a cluster mechanic on a 35 symbol spiral grid instead of traditional reels. The game has low volatility and a 50 per cent hit rate, delivering an average of one win every two spins. When three or more matching symbols connect, they disappear to make room for new ones. Each chain reaction charges a lava golem at the centre of the grid, triggering its powers. Players can also purchase extra features from an in game shop. Pantelis Spyriu, Head of Studio at Mancala Gaming, said, "We wanted to create a slot that players could understand within seconds, but that would still surprise them with how it feels to play. We aimed for a balance between accessible casual gameplay and an entirely new rhythm for slots, where every action keeps you wondering what will happen next."

The provider's second release is Serengeti Sunrise 2: Magic Wheel, a sequel to one of its top performing titles. The original ranks among the provider's top three games by GGR, total wagering volume and bet count. The sequel retains the Hold and Earn mechanic, four fixed jackpots, Collector Symbols, Stacked Wilds and the Buy Bonus feature. It adds a new Magic Wheel feature. During the base game, the wheel can award a random multiplier or jackpot. In the bonus round, it boosts the values of all Special Symbols, with potential payouts up to 5,000 times the bet.
